The General Assembly of Partners (GAP) is an independent, self-organized engagement platform composed of 16 Partner Constituent Groups (1,200 organizations and individuals and 58,000 networks) It develops common positions but respects the individual interests of the Partners Groups. GAP groups work on knowledge-sharing, innovation, local monitoring. It produced the Partnerships for the New Urban Agenda (May 2016) and has followed post Quito with each group developing a Strategic Framework and Action Plans outlining planned work in support of the New Urban Agenda for the next years.
